Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All purchases are final. Due to the nature of virtual goods (Coins/Gems), we generally do not offer refunds once the transaction is completed and the items are delivered.

2. Exceptions

We may consider refunds in the following specific cases:

• Technical Error: If you were charged but did not receive the Gems/Coins.
• Matchmaking Failure: If a generic match entry fee (e.g., 20 coins) was deducted but the server failed to start the match, the system automatically refunds the fee.

3. Google Play Refunds

For In-App Purchases made via Google Play, you may request a refund directly through Google's support channels within their specified time window (usually 48 hours). We do not control Google's refund decisions.

4. Account Bans

If your account is banned for violating Terms of Service (cheating, toxicity), you forfeit all virtual assets. No refunds will be granted.
