1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GamyChat, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, strictly do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GamyChat.

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use cheats, mods, or hacks. Our server is authoritative and monitors for irregularities.
• Harass, bully, or use hate speech in chat.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the referral or reward systems.

4. Virtual Goods

• License: Coins and Gems are licensed to you for use within the app.
• No Ownership: You do not own these assets.
• Non-Transferable: You cannot sell or trade Coins/Gems outside the app.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the economy (costs, rewards) at any time.

5. Fair Play Policy

All game logic is server-authoritative (managed by Nakama/Go).

• If the server detects specialized client modification or packet manipulation, your account may be banned immediately.
• Validated match results are final.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, without notice or refund.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "AS IS". We constitute no warranty of uninterrupted service.
