By accessing or using GamyChat you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

01 — WHO YOU ARE CONTRACTING WITH

Who you are contracting with

GamyChat is operated by Gemifun, India. By using GamyChat you agree to these terms.

02 — YOU MUST BE 18 OR OVER

You must be 18 or over

There is no younger tier and no guardian consent route. If you are under 18, GamyChat is not for you yet.

03 — WHAT GETS YOU REMOVED

What gets you removed

You agree not to:

• —Use cheats, mods or hacks. Our server is authoritative and monitors for irregularities.
• —Harass, bully or use hate speech in chat.
• —Create multiple accounts to abuse the referral or reward systems.

04 — COINS AND GEMS ARE LICENSED, NOT OWNED

Coins and Gems are licensed, not owned

• —Licence: Coins and Gems are licensed to you for use within the app.
• —No ownership: you do not own these assets.
• —Non-transferable: you cannot sell or trade them outside the app.
• —Modifications: we may change the economy — costs and rewards — at any time.

05 — THE SERVER DECIDES, NOT YOUR CLIENT

The server decides, not your client

All game logic is server-authoritative.

• —If the server detects client modification or packet manipulation, your account may be banned immediately.
• —Validated match results are final.

06 — SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, without notice or refund.

07 — PROVIDED "AS IS"

Provided "as is"

The service is provided as is. We offer no warranty of uninterrupted service.
